How It Works
Browse the catalog, select your products, and confirm your order. Let us know at checkout that you need FBA or Noon prep, along with your marketplace and shipment plan details.
Orders are processed after full payment is received. Prep work begins once payment clears — no partial holds or advance-only arrangements.
Our team applies your FNSKU or Noon barcodes, packs units to marketplace standards, and prepares the shipment. This is completed within 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation.
On request, we share full packing and shipping label details so you can update your shipment plan on Seller Central or Noon Seller Lab. Stock is then dispatched to the fulfillment center.
Once your stock arrives at the fulfillment center, the platforms process and check-in your inventory according to their own timelines and policies. Listing visibility may take additional time as per Amazon and Noon's standard procedures.
Brand Invoices
For the major brands available through WholesaleGulf where we hold authorized distributor or reseller status, we can issue official purchase invoices that document genuine wholesale transactions. These invoices are prepared on company letterhead and meet the standard documentation format accepted by Amazon and Noon for brand approval and category ungating submissions.
Invoices issued by WholesaleGulf reflect real wholesale purchases and include all required fields: company details, brand name, product descriptions, quantities, unit pricing, and official stamp or signature where applicable. They are suitable for submitting as part of your Amazon Seller Central brand approval request or Noon ungating application.
We supply invoices for brands we directly stock and are authorized to distribute. Availability depends on the specific brand and your order quantity — contact us to confirm eligibility before placing your order.
